You will get protesters in the zoo, the animals need to have needs met. The game appears to have a significantly larger amount of simulation aspects to the game. They will also be stealing some idea from Parkitech, and having backstage type areas the guests don't want to see.
Blueprints will save terrain, the fences for the enclosures have a simple drag and drop style so you can build long fences pretty loving quick. The game has a lot of major improvements over Planet Coaster (hopefully performance is one of them). They haven't said anything about game saves, but they are currently saying they can't guarantee any blueprint items from the Beta will be compatible with the launched game)
